Everybody in the place – Isle of Wight Festival 2015

It’s the Isle Of Wight Festival 2015 and amongst a sea of thousands of tents, the excitement is building for tonight’s two fantastic headliners, the Black Keys and the Prodigy.

The Love Your Tent campaign is back for the third year we’re raring to go to promote respectful camping and encouraging festival goers that when Monday comes, its best to return home with the tent and equipment that have relied on for their weekend of fun – otherwise it will end up in landfill and there is always another festival ahead!

On the Island’s Seaclose Park, we’ve been welcoming lots of people in our three dedicated camping areas. The ever popular and free RESPECT camping area is fully booked once again and our two Love Your Tent fields are filled with campers enjoying the wonderful extras. All of these campers have signed up to our Tent Commandments and it’s great to see people fully embracing the message to #justtakeithomecropped-11402511_10155661017905506_1707224583987369232_o3.jpg

In addition to the ethical cafe Daisy Rocks, posh showers and loos and our new pamper parlour we have been surprising our Love Your Tent campers! Today, we had three artists play on our ‘Secret Stage’. Musicians Chris Simmons, Kerri Watt and Kelvin Jones spoiled campers with three beautiful acoustic sets setting the mode for a wonderful Friday.

Chris Simmons, who joined our campers before his performance on the Bohemian Wood Stage, is appealing to festival goers to #JustTakeItHome

Kerri Watt, whose new single is released next month, shares with us what loving your tent means to her:

…and Kelvin Jones, who is performing at the Isle of Wight for the first time, said “Take care and have pride in your tent. A tent is for life, not just for Christmas.”

We couldn’t agree more!

Love Your Tent is at the Isle Of Wight Festival 2015 all weekend, so to stay up to date with all of the shenanigans, keep an eye on our FacebookTwitter and Instagram.
